The Operation World team usually consists of 6-8 people working full-time on site, with others on a casual or part-time basis, either physically coming into the office, or cyber-commuting. We enjoy the dynamics of being a small team in a larger organization.

We are based just north of London, on the campus of All Nations Christian College.

WHO ARE YOU?
Everyone working with Operation World functions as a faith missionary with WEC. This means a few things:
- We believe God has called us to this ministry.
- We have gone through screening and an orientation at your national WEC HQ.
- Your home church supports you in this endeavour.
- We trust God alone for our financial needs – no salaries, no soliciting people for donations, just prayer and trusting God.
